Newborn Mentoring

You’ve made the right choice. In person learning changed my world when it comes to Newborn Photography! There’s something about being right there and having an ah-ha moment up close and personal.
These mentoring sessions will have one full day of learning all you need to know to take your Newborn Work to the next level. We will have two models, one to watch and learn and the next hands-on! We will go over each pose as well as session flow. We will also have time for Q & A before going our separate ways. I plan to bring fun and humor and help you to feel in control of your newborn sessions (let’s be real the baby is the real boss). The end goal is to come away confident in your posing, shooting, and baby safety skills so that you can implement those skills and own them in your sessions.
You can add on an hour of post-processing info for $100. That will include my newborn magic actions as well.

Photography Basics Mentoring
1:1 $85/hour
2:1 $45/person/hour
3:1 $30/person/hour
Get to know your camera. Do you have a DSLR camera that you just set to auto and point and shoot? Would you like to get more for your money? I can teach you the basics that will help you, with practice, to master light and composition and create beautiful images for whatever genre your heart desires. Whether you just want to take photos of your own littles, landscapes, wildlife or going into business yourself, I can point you in the right direction. We will cover camera basics, talk about lens options, the exposure triangle and how to get started without being overwhelmed.
Family Session Tag-along:
$50/session
If you just want to be a fly on the wall and practice your shooting skills without any pressure, you can shadow me on a family session, watch and learn and snap away. I am happy to spend up to an hour after a shoot answering questions you have and giving you any tips that will help you improve.
