Good locations for senior pictures near me?

Where should I have my senior session?

What do you love? What represents you best? Is there somewhere that is special to you? Decide what type of look you love (Urban, Mountains, Fields & Flowers, Studio, Sport focused, somewhere special to you) and talk with your photographer about options in your area.

There are many great places in Utah to have your senior photos taken. Here are a few ideas:

Your school: This is a classic choice for senior photos, and for good reason. Your school is a place that is full of memories for you, and it will be a great way to commemorate your time there.

Where the memories were made!

*Fremont High School

Your neighborhood: If you live in a beautiful neighborhood, this is another great option for your senior photos. You can take photos in front of your house, in your favorite park, or even just walking down the street.

A local park: Parks are always a great place for photos, and they offer a variety of different backdrops to choose from. You can find trees, flowers, water, and other natural elements that will make your photos look great.

Local Park

Your city spends time and money on maintaining beautiful spaces for us to enjoy! Take advantage!

*Ogden Botanical Gardens

A cityscape: If you live in a city, you can take advantage of the urban landscape for your senior photos. You can pose in front of famous landmarks, or simply capture the energy of the city.

The City

Textures, grunge, moody light, so many posing options! Cityscapes are a favorite of mine.

*Downtown Ogden

Nature or a nature preserve: If you're looking for a more natural setting for your senior photos, get outside! Find your favorite place for a hike or a nature preserve is a great option. You can find forests, rivers, lakes, and other beautiful scenery that will make your photos look stunning. We are lucky in Utah to be surrounded by so much beauty!

Nature

Even big cities have nature preserves! Even better, drive outside your city and find the beauty around you!

*Old Snow Basin Road

A beach: If you live near the beach, this is a great place to have your senior photos taken. The sand, the waves, and the sunsets make for a perfect backdrop. If you don’t live by the beach find a lake or river, waterfall or even a pond! Water can be beautifully captured to enhance your photos.

The Beach

Utah may not have an ocean, but we have so many beautiful places with water!

*Antelope Island

A mountaintop: If you're looking for a more adventurous setting, a mountaintop is a great option. The views from the top are incredible, and you can get some really unique photos.

Mountains

Be on top of the world! Utah mountains have endless possibilities!

*Trapper’s Loop

No matter where you choose to have your senior photos taken, make sure to choose a location that is meaningful to you. Your senior photos are a way to remember this special time in your life, so you want to make sure that they are perfect.

Stand out

Utah has so many unique locations if you don’t mind a little travel. Go find the spot that makes you stand out.

Owner – Newborn Specialist

I am a feisty, fun, driven artist with a fierce loyalty to family and friends. I love the Crossfit and the outdoors, but I balance that love with a love of ice cream and Netflix (everything needs balance). My job is the best job around and fabulous hubby and four kids are my biggest cheerleaders. I do all I do for them, just trying to get by like the rest of the world. I love Jesus, and find that love through the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I don’t like drama, public speaking or moody teenagers. That’s me in a nutshell…oh and cheese is the best part of life!
